Noticed that it annoyingly takes longer for mines to launch, fucking sucks. Can’t launch them sons of btchs like we used to. Broke proxy. Dead Bomb.

sidenote, I think this maybe my breaking point with this game. Just wow.

Can we get a developer to confirm that this change was intentional or not? @RazielWarmonic

Because if it is, I guess we can add this nerf to a list of changes where SD took the nerf bat to characters who didn’t need them at all (Kira, Rhino)

It seems like every single patch, there’s something snuck in that wasn’t listed in the notes. Why?

It’s a shame alright. I can only assume they don’t know what causes the collision issues, so they’ve tried to make it so they only fall straight down or something, in hopes no one can throw them on top of objects, if that is happening.

I haven’t played yet so I can’t comment, but that is rough. Her mines were so good for taking out Rhinos and fraggers and what not. Being able to hiff one into a room and shoot it.

Anyway, I play Proxy sometimes but haven’t gotten a chance to check this yet. I can’t really weigh if I’m for this or against it, but I am against the devs not including it and other things in patch notes. Just bad practice to me. Someone’s gonna notice if they main a merc for 400 hours. Derp.

Proxy mines have definitely not been nerfed as far as throwing them is concerned. I’m still able to hiff them just as far as before. But they do have a very noticable delay. Like a good half a second if not more. It almost feels like a bug because the hand animation for throwing them doesn’t match up with when the mine is actually thrown. I’m looking forward to their response. Certainly feels bug like to me.
