Well most American (settler-types) were exported out of europe, so we still share many of the same gene’s. I for one can’t tell the difference, and I work pretty closely with US guys and gals. BTW, Russia is in a different continent. Google Maps will help you there. Perhaps you meant a Prussian appearence?
Patriotism is not solely an Amercian concept.
I dunno, if it’s set a little in the future, developers could just assume that all races and peoples dropped the petty inter-country bickering, and just embraced in a brotherhood of peace. Of course, nothing unites a people like a common enemy. So if everyone get’s jiggy, skin tone would begin to distribute across the whole populace… I think there’s a Motown song about this
