Saving changes to config file.

Hi All, I have made a change to my config file. This change works for the first time I play but is deleted when I exit ET. How do I get it to stay in there so I do not have to input it each time I play ET.
The change is :

// MEDIC CALL
set medic1 “vsay_team FTHealMe; set nextmedic vstr medic2”
set medic2 “vsay_team FTReviveMe; set nextmedic vstr medic3”
set medic3 “vsay_team Medic; set nextmedic vstr medic1”
set nextmedic “vstr medic1”
bind / “vstr nextmedic”

put it in autoexec.cfg, or anothe .cfg which you exec from autoexec.cfg
