Could someone recommend me some good settings for s_mixahead and s_mixprestep?
I got 1024 MB of RAM and and a SB Audigy 2 soundcard, if it makes any difference.

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but why do you want to do this ? Is this to combat a sound problem you are experiencing ?
I was/am having some issue with ET on my system and tried messing about with these variables but found they didn’t really do much tbh …

You can gain FPS by tuning these settings. I can’t remember what I used, but it wasn’t good enough.

lowest i can go with mixahead is 0.08 before i get distortion. i just use 0.1. just lower it by 0.01 until it distorts. i’ve never bothered with prestep.
