Running ET on Mac?

Has anyone tried running Linux on the mac and playing ET? I know you can play Linux on the mac, but I do not know how well it performs.

I have windows on my macintosh (the emulation program that is), but since it’s emulated everything runs super slow…it wouldn’t be worth playin games off it

You would have to recompile ET for the PPC CPU in order for that to work.
