No, I haven’t seen it because I’m not to be found for video. But the game seems to have nazis and there’s mystical mumbo-jumbo. What’s not “wolfy” in there?

For one thing, the “tesla coil gun” or “venom gun” are unreal weapons in RtCW, yet people seem not to notice. And the (in)famous panzerfaust may be based on a real weapon, but as a “real” gun, it only punches holes through things whereas the RtCW counterpart seems to cause some serious splash damage.

So somehow, I think “real guns” is not something “wolfy” is famous for (that may be more of a CoD or MoH feature).

I welcome any game that’s just fun to play, as long as it has the arcade feel. Quake is a different beast, with merely “fragging” people.

That engine needs to die already. Improved netcode/hitreg over improved graphics any day of the week. Then again the “masses” think otherwise and they dictate how a game will be built $$$

I’m wondering if tech 5 will be any better. 1st glance it looks the same as 4 except shinier and with HDR and 60hz. Could be absolutely completely wrong though

Just started to get intrested in the game, still playing QW a lot but with the lack of new official maps I welcome a good game.

yup, rtcw2 was the name everybody used because it continues the storyline of rtcw, but now that the name is confirmed, everybody still says rtcw2.
