RTCW Multiplayer Maps You Would Like Translated to ET

(Sacrifice) #1

I think they would all be interesting.

Beach would be cool. The disguised Covert Ops could open the Beach Wall door to get the spawn flag early. That would make Axis players think twice before jumping over the wall and going on the offensive.

Axis wouldnt after jump the wall if u did this.

If covert ops is able to open the bunker door,so is the axis, thus it would become a team door.

Personally to use all the new functions in ET i dont reall see that many maps to use for conversion.

I think the the best thing to do is just make brand new maps for ET.

et is a completly new game. i dont think the old maps would be fun with it. this is more a public game instead of wolf who had beautifull maps with lots of tacticics in it.

I’d love to see a map similar to Blitzkrieg Ardennes translate over to ET. By far it’s my favorite Wolf map.

Market Garden

Those 5 hour games at Happy_Penguin_II where just amazing.

marketgarden i think would suit it well, there was some rumour that a conversion might be in progress

good conversions of existing “warmaps” could encourage existing rtcw clans to move over. you can see the moans about mortars into the gate area on assault, mg42’s down the tunnel on base… :stuck_out_tongue: Some of the customs might be pretty decent too, mitchelldown, ardennes maybe?

Oh yeah, Market Garden… I already love playing this map with WT, it’ll be a killer with ET. And TANK… mmm not a lot of servers running Tank these days, I kind of miss it :stuck_out_tongue:

Normandy Breakout or just about any Menzel map

The SE series (Airstrip, Mountain Assault, Mitchell Down) by Rummie and co

(Redshift (Finland)) #10

I disagree. I’m fed up with old maps.

Wow,

That could be very funny playing the beach map on ET.

I think one has to try it before you really know how it is
