RTCW: ER problem

my server has crashed and as it isnt a dedicated one i cant restart it or w/e,

what im wondering is, is there away you can restart it without having to be in the game (as it has crashed i cant get in the game todo rcon commands)?

Any help would be great,

Your provider should have given you a means to log in (a website for example) and restart your game server. If the physical server itself is down, you need to contact your host.
