anyone willing to beta this new version let me know.
I believe I have fixed all of the bugs reported the prevous map and added alot more detail.

the only thing I have not done is figured out how to add a skybox so you can see off the edge of the map, but thats on the way.

two of them do to me but the rest look ok.
I tweeked them in photoshop must have messed a couple of them up.

I’d be happy to test the new version. It looks like you have done a lot of work to improve the map since the first one I played.

post the link, i’d love too try it out. one point however, you wouldn’t find dragon’s teeth (concrete tank barriers) inside a compound. If you wanted to create some cover, why not 2 trucks, a kubel wagon, and some supplies being off loaded?

Looks good. Few nitpicks:

The bottom of these stairs are a few units (8 maybe) off the ground. Not a big deal, but its worth fixing.

The tunnel (as seen in shots 4 and 5) is a little low imo, its impossible to jump in. Im guessing this in intentional, but it does tend to slow down and aggravate those among us who strafe jump :slight_smile:

Maybe you can add some barbed wire to the section with the tank seen in the 3rd shot - just to add an extra touch of detail.

Other than that, i think the map is greatly improved - good job!

I will fix the stairs…
the pipe tunnel is low by design it is not a place where people normaly jump around. ( i know thins from working in a refinery for 10 yrs)

yea I thought about some barbed wire but the main purpose of the stuff outside the gate was to give the allies cover not impead ther progress.

dude that is one of my screen shots that got nerfed in photoshop.
when you play the game it does not look that way.

mwah, ingame it looks almsot the same too me, only not so purple, anyway it’s not bothering me and not so improtant, but it looks a little reared to me :wink: . Also, it’s not my videocard, i got a gf3 which plays it on 1600x1200 all high with 60/70 fps :stuck_out_tongue:
