Revivr Rifle and Movement Speed

if the Revivr Rifle given a faster movespeed (92% or 90% instead of the normal 87%)

would you guys be okay with it?


right now the speed is on par with Assault Rifles

I think somethings wrong with the polls.

I go with no. It’s already a powerful weapon to use and Sparks even says its a “revive rifle”. It also looks more like a rifle over a MP.

I don’t think it needs it because it has a ton of peek-a-boom potential. Even if it looks like an SMG, it works very, very differently.

lol? you must be really fucking bad at db if you think skyhammer m4 is broken, long cd ability and one of the worst guns in the game or atleast by far the worst primary weapon he has access too, meanwhile the revivr is broken by design.

Revivr is a tool with side ability being able to kill people

it feels pretty easy to use when you get used to it. Also, Unlimited ammo. and pretty good range+accuracy

the downside is when you are shooting M4 its a constant fire rate, If youre shooting Bolt action its mostly high damage doesnt matter the range

the Revivr doesnt have a constant fire rate, it doesnt have comparable damage at range, and its as slow as big rifle if you carry it around.

so yeah, M4 is a very great gun even at range. The revivr on the other hand…

Truthfully, I am not bothered by the Revivr as much as I am Spark’s ability to tank so much.

She can so easily run away and patch herself up and get back to doing what she was doing, and since she is long range it makes it even worse.

That means the counter play against her is basically pointless, getting up close or attempting to means nothing when she has such good speed and self heal.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of insta heals like you get with phoenix and sparks. I’d rather have all the heals in the game be heals over time that are cancelled if you take damage like with sawbonez’ med bags. I’m not saying the heal over time for self heals should be as slow as a sawbonez med bag for all medics, I’m just saying the insta heal while running behind cover thing is a pretty lame yet effective tactic.

the difference is sawbonez have 110 hp while sparks only 80hp and most of the time you have to run away

having insta-heals is just an extra survivability. Like sawbonez medpak
