Actually all the comments you’ve made have been about it shouldn’t be changed because it suits you. I’m talking about how an inherent mechanic is removed because you have a selected perk on.

If you don’t like the fact that sprinting cancels your reload then change the setting or adapt. You’re the one who’s telling people to conform, so conform.

I never said I was not ok with sprinting canceling my reload. I want that so that if i’m in the middle of a reload and need to run away, I can. What I have an issue with is that you’re too stubborn to change how you do things even though the change has virtually no affect on the game.

Uhh… yes it does. You lose the sprint animation cancel which is a huge deal for someone who uses it a lot. Your thing is just an annoyance that you can easily overcome with a setting or a change in playstyle. Get over it, since you’ll just adapt.

Double time is shit because it overrides your setting. It’s basically like having the faster sight perk removing your toggle aim functionality. Is it game breaking? No. Is it annoying? Yes.

And I’m lvl 43. I think I know a thing or two about reloads.

What I have an issue with is how someone who is so ignorant at this game now states that something he’s not even able to use “has virtually no affect on the game”, speaking with levels 40 while he’s level -1.

Your way of debating consists of writing 1-2 lines message where you just invent a new argument instead of admitting the previous one was wrong. You’re literally enumerating every possible agument without asking yourself whether they are true or not. First “Adapt”, then “You can cancel by switching weapons”, then “cancel reload should not be in the game”, then “That’s not an important thing”. All of these arguments are wrong and take 2 minutes to counter.

Lastly, not only arguments, you are also a blatant liar.

So first you didn’t see why someone would want to cancel reload, and now you say that it’s useful and you use it in your game ?

You say you use double tap to cancel reload, but for some reason you have sprint cancel activated AND don’t want to deactivate it, AND want that it doesn’t cancel a reload when sprinting with double time, because it would force you to change your habits ? (what a coincidence, that’s the only case where reverting it could have a drawback…) all of that, while you said that you didn’t see why someone would want to cancel a reload as an argument for an other answer ?

The truth is that you didn’t know shit about reload cancel at first, probably didn’t even know that it existed, but still wanted to give your opinion for some reason. And now you keep opposing the topic to not admit that you were wrong in the first place.

I know what reload cancelation is and I know that 9 times out of 10 it’s an exploit and not a feature. Why the fuck would you not just make the reload shorter to begin with?

The difference between using quick switch or sprint to cancel is a fraction of a second.

Unfortunately, this isn’t something as basic as: is sprint cancelling or weapon swap cancelling better. It’s literally someone losing a function setting because of a perk.

IMO, that’s not spam, but unconstructive discussion. You don’t want to argument, but make us lose our time.

You state wrong arguments with “obviously” inside them.
You state things, then the opposite, when it suit your needs. (on reddit you said it’s useless, now you say you want it to be enabled in your settings)
You state things based on your experience (“This is only a fraction of second”,“has virtually no affect in game”) while you clearly don’t use the feature and didn’t even know about it one week ago. What you call a “fraction of second” is HUGE for a good player when fighting an enemy.

Why not add it as a toggle somewhere in the options? We have loads of other toggles! We even got the classic HUD quite recently! Until this “bug” was “fixed,” I honestly told my friends about it as a FEATURE, that’s how well it worked! I’d like it back.
