TAW hasn’t been able to get their US server up lately, and there are plenty of people in North America itching to play. Is there anyone who would like to host the mod on their server based in NA? I’d greatly appreciate if I could get one setup.

I noticed that the player hit box is many times bigger than the player. Not sure if was something i did.

You can try to shot a standing bot to see that.

Nice mod, real fun :slight_smile: Only problem i have is that all the texture’s except buildings and weapon’s are Black, so i can’t really see the terrain :frowning:

Probably to do with the high learning curve, bugged projectiles and common unregistered hits.

Arcanox mentioned the mod is probably aimed at existing Tribes players than existing ET:QW players at this moment in time.

Yeah the mod is still pretty rough, but I also think that few QW players have tried it in the first place.

Was a fair few regulars during last week on the evenings, we had good few rounds of 8v8, you could easily tell who the tribes players where though :slight_smile:

The mod has bags of potential and I’m sure things will improve in time.

linux package comes with …windows batch-file(*.bat-file).
how about switching to *.sh(for example) ?
