I would suggest thursday (as our 6on6 died, grrr) or saturday at 19:00 CET, on TAW’s or Awesome Dudes server (are there more tribalwars servers?)

Yes, I suggest sticking to chthonic map for first timers such as myself, it’s smaller than icepick and it’s pretty simple to see which sequence of hills you can use to ski effectively to the flag and back. It’s still tad frustrating though, needs to be played with low ping for sure, I nearly went mental last night with the lags on one server :slight_smile:

Check your email Suse, I had someone working on it just recently and they just finished. I’m sending it out to a couple people to test, so you should give it a shot and let me know if it works.

If it works, then I’ll get a new package together that supports all 3 platforms.

Just had a go at it on one of the TAW servers with 2 ex-Tribes players. Great mod, works pretty well for the most part. Performance could use some work, and every few minutes my game would hang for about 5 seconds, showing 1 epic yellow square in the lagometer. After the first 2 seconds the sound would stop and the game would stop responding for the remaining 3 seconds of lag.

I feel grenades could use some extra range and splashdamage, they are mostly useless at the moment. I like the green map, the white one is a bit too big for my tastes, but then again we were only 3 on the server :wink:

We should definately have a proper match tonight. Yesterday we had only 2v2/3v3 so wasn’t much fun to play, especially on icepick.
