I watched the company’s promotional video for that thing; they must have some dumb customers lined up for those things going by how they have to spend 10 mins explaining how a basic radar/motion dectectors screen works, we’ve all seen alien right?
But seriously how long before that is adapted for more nefarious means, it could be developed into something that is placed on the end of a pole (street lamp?) “seeing” into the houses of the street. That in conjunction with a simple camera system noting when the ppl enter and leave the buildings you’ve got some serious privacy issues (and yes I’m wearing my all in one tin foil number today)
