anyways, you lose your XP cuz it’s the end of the campaign. it’s basically a “restart”. So it’s just highly dependent on the server. Some servers do 10 map campaign. Some do the standard 3 map campaign. Some servers have no xp carry over at all (ie. stopwatch or objective servers). Some servers do a bunch of 3 map campgains with no xp resets.
so just find the servers that suit you.
Explain more ,if u mean disconnect and then come back later you will after do ur XP again.
Shrub servers keep the XP so if you disconnect and return to the same campaign you will get the XP what u left with back,but everytime a campaign starts over so does the XP.
This isn’t an RPG.
You need to get to Level 15 and have either STR, DEX, or INT at 50 or above for the server to record your account. You can also find the enchanted MP40 +1 in the river dungeon on fueldump, give it to the shopkeeper outside the bank in goldrush, then use the rope he gives you to get to the top of the mill on radar and talk with the fairy queen.
Some servers require you to put your account information in the cl_creditcardnum and cl_creditcardexp variables. If you have trouble, just send this information to your server admin and don’t ask about the random charges on your statement for booze and women.

You shouldn’t talk to the fairy queen but kill her to unlock the jump-bot which will let you jump over the old city wall! Or kill the shopkeeper, he has the key to the backdoor in battery 
There is also a hidden secret if you can cap 100 little flags!
Did you find the magic sniper rifle on top of the lighthouse on the battery map yet? It really helps you kill the shopkeeper without exposing yourself to his scary flamethrower.

An easier way to lvl up is to kill ubernoobs. They are most commonly found on the battery beach, and yeild a lot of exp when you kill them. Beware though, you will also encounter the dreaded mortarwhore and leetsniper if you go too far down the beach. Once you kill 100 ubernoobs, the panzernoob will appear. Defeat him and take his panzer to the shopkeeper who will then give you the backdoor key for free, along with the password to get into the leetclanner’s lair.
