Ranked still has no penalties for leaving in lobby.

Is it supposed to? I thought this was added or was I mistaken? Me and bushyg keep running into the same guys right now, who keep leaving when they match up against us. They’re able to leave and cancel the game and re-queue instantly with no penalty. Stuck in an infinite queue atm because it keeps matching us with him and he keeps leaving penalty free.

Thats why i would suggest a different penalty for leaving in the lobby, like cut down by half the ranking exp…next time he will think twice before searching for ranked games and leaving as soon as the teams are set.

Or maybe it should just cancel the round start and find a solo queue until all empty slots are full. No punishments.

Best excuses so far:

“I have to go and walk my fish.”

“OH shit guys, my dog got out!”

Next game when he matched with more of his friends, and actually played: “Don’t worry, I built a cage for my dog.”

And finally: “My dog has gotten out again!”

At least it was kinda funny.

If the game cannot make balanced matches, we’ll cancel them before they can start. It’s fair i think, so keep leaving pre-game lobby :slight_smile:

my guess is most likely the guy had known some of you that play ‘Too Good’ and he decided to

I played over 200 games and deranked from silver master 15 times (i didnt leave pre-game lobby) Now I finally hit gold, so i wont enter every fckin bullshit unbalanced game what i get from sd.

“I’ll only play ranked if I am on the winning team” is essentially what you’re saying.

Are you honestly going to sit here and say you hate unbalanced games? If you hate unbalanced games you must also quit when you are on the stacked team too right, or is it only a problem when you’re losing?

Yes, i want to win like everonye. I dont mind if i lose in a well-balanced game. But its nonsense to play with 20-30-100 hrs players against a full team of 1000+ hrs players.

I have a few hours in this game so i know the most of the high lvl/high skilled players. And yes, if i see them on the enemy team and noone’s familiar in my team i will leave for sure…

The majority of people don’t play ranked/competitive for fun, dude.

They play it because winning in it is fun. That’s how it works in every single ranked mode in every single game. Don’t play Ranked if you’re not fully expecting people to quit or get angry when they aren’t winning.

Top tier/broken loadouts only
Top tier/broken team composition only
Use all allowed exploits

That’s Ranked. In everything.

maybe you’d have an easier time getting to gold if you werent trolling your team? just an idea

Maybe this wouldn’t be that much of an issue if you could see who’s on the enemy team before accepting a match. I don’t see the point of going against the same five guys continously stomping us three times in a row just because DB thinks it knows matchmaking when it continues to prove the opposite.

It’s exercising the right to choose who to team up with. I also leave if a known 4SSH0L3 is on my team.

I’ve made a list already on who not to team up with.
