Ranked Servers

I know the procedure for paying for the Ranked servers… But, do I need to have a really fast net upload to hold a 24-slot server or does Id or whatever…hold that server for me if I pay?

Your connection is not important here. If you rent a server from a company they will host it on their computers and they will provide the bandwith necessary to play on it properly.
