Hi all, just some random ETQW questions for a possible custom map concept (without the need for a mod).

Can you spawn a specific player class on a specific spawn location? Like a hacker can only spawn on location #1 (with or without making required to select the class?, and all the other player classes will use the spawning locations #2 till #16. The specific spawn location will stay active untill a specific objective has been done, like blowing up a door so your whole team gets new forward location.

If required, is it still possible to have more then 1 player using that class? Which hacker will spawn on the specific #1 location? What if they use their key binds (config) for selecting a specific location?

Can you give the players their tools and gadgets like a flyer drone for the infiltrator as a reward completing a objective or simply by picking them up? (because you start with zero of them). With or without mod?

What about unlocking or disabling a defense turret for completing an objective, like taking a forward spawn, or for a temporary time hacking a door?

Should be doable. Dusk mod had weapon pickups.
The turret you can probably script in rather easily.
Dunno about the spawns.

Is it possible to use the smoke nade effect as map element? just for setting up a room full of smoke constantly?

this one is doable - just spawn timestart as covops, he will spam the smokes just as he did in the failroom on actifail :smiley:

Sure, you can do all sorts of fogs.
