If you are out there, speak up. Getting wasted by a medic I killed fair and square really pissed me off, spoiled the game for me. If you have a legitmate reason for self-revive during pub gameplay, lets hear it. If not, you are a lame-ass boot licking excuse for a player, and I will spread your name like poison ivy.

I’ll smell the flowers on his digital grave. HA. But seriously, I loathe cheaters. How about some other chickenshit Admin. manuevers, what the hell:

Kick anyone who kills you.

Kick anyone with higher xp than you.

Restart server whenever your team is about to lose.

Shuffle teams if you are on the losing side.

Self-Revive if you get your ass beat by a mediocre player like me.

RainH20 is an asshole.

Enough said. I feel better now, my meds are kicking in.

Yeah … I hate it when you get some lame @ss admin tinkering just because he can.
I recently played on a Jolt server (something like Jolt.co.uk -TU) and was enjoying my game when suddenly after 6 maps I got kicked. No warning just got kicked.

Only reason I can think of getting kicked was because I had a lot of XP (more than double XP of nearest guy and lots of kills). I’m not trying to brag as a lot of players out there are a damn sight better than me but I can only assume the admin was a silly little kid who got annoyed at being owned :confused:

I played on another server for about an hour and then went back to the Jolt one. After about another 30 minutes, WHAM ! got kicked again. No warning, nothing. I’m a very polite player (always thank revives, ammo drops etc) and think I play fair so as to why I got kicked … search me.

Grrrr !!!

There are a lot of servers out there … if you don’t like the admin / players then just find another server to play on.

or, if you want to play on a server run in a particular way, you can also pay for or host your own :slight_smile:

It must be something like having the power and the wisdom not to use it kinda thing. Although I’d like to mention i’d have loved to be in the head of the guy who gave the boot to Gimpsta, he must have thought something along the lines of “OMGz now i can pwn again, aer teh bestest” then a second thought crossed his mind, and he must have gone > :cry: <

tha’d be TU’s server which is rented from jolt, as apposed to a jolt public server. Jolt’s own servers are all on 82.133.85.18:2796x

You should try an keep this forum as a place to discuss negative and positive side of the game, and not to berate individuals Jerry Springer Style.

We’ve all been there, the trick is to learn from your experience and avoid that server next time round… ESC > DISSCONNECT.

On a positive note, I remember playing on a server with the admin present. He was Allies on Radar. He took three panzers from me in three consecutive spawns, then on the fourth was dropped by my luger. Not a peep from him. He took it like a man. When you play against actual adults these problems disappear.

That would probably be ET’s bane. The fact its free allows all manner of teenagers who normally couldn’t afford a new release game outside birthdays and Christmas, to run rampant.

With the risk of continuing a thread that maybe should be dead, but what is “self-revive” ?
Am I stupid in not understanding it or what, but imo your’re a) dead and can’t revive yourself or b) wounded and can heal yourself with medpacks, and in that case why shouldn’t you ?

it’s a shrub console command for admins that can revive a player, in this case himself :slight_smile:
