I am a quite a noob for Radiant and I would appreciate some help for how too get started with Radiant and get some usefull tips or help how too get started with it or maybe some better program!
So any good advise is highly apreciated!

You can also look for Quake 3 tutorials.
And in the help menu of radiant you will also find some helpful information.
your in general discussion, there is a level designers section, go and post for help there, you will more than likely get a better answer
