Ok, what i type in console:

/r_intensity 2
/r_mapoverbrightbits 2
/r_overbrightbits 2
/vid_restart

Fine, my screen is brighter now, then when i restart my computer and start ET aggain those things are default aggain?

Use /set r_intensity 2 and so on, works for me.

Actually, use seta, that instructs ET to write your settings to its config file for use next time, although set and/or just typing them in the console should also work.

Try renaming \etmain\profiles[i]yourname[/i]\etconfig.cfg then start ET and change the settings.

add /seta … before what you type into the console

/seta r_intensity 1.5

also adding on… you could also make a autoexec.cfg file and edit it in notepad and anything in there, RTCW:ET will “auto-type” when you start it up.
