I’m not sure if this was answered before, as I couldn’t find anything on it. It’s about how an avatar will be dealt with when driving a vehicle.
Let’s suppose that Vishnu the Preserver is driving a car, and he…Oh, wait, wrong avatar.
Let’s suppose that I’m flying around in a Hornet, blasting away at some human scum. On the ground below, a covert ops pulls out his sniper rifle and aims at the cockpit.
Does he:
A. Actually see my avatar in the cockpit?
And can he:
B. Actually shoot me either through the glass or through some other opening and kill me while not destroying the craft?
I could see that maybe not being possible for the Anansi, Hornet, and the pilot of the Buffalo, but some of the vehicles actually have the drivers/passengers visible and without protection.
Could I snipe someone out of the Buffalo Transport?
Can I shoot a guy off of a quad-bike without having to actually blow up the bike itself?
How truly awesome could it be if I were to snipe the guy driving away with the objective from four-hundred yards away?
Would the vehicle in question lose control and crash into a bus full of schoolchildren? If so, why haven’t our legislators enacted laws requiring anti-quad-bike bumpers to all schoolbuses?
Where have all the cowboys gone?
Burning questions, all.
