Has anyone found store that knows anything about the Limited Edition?

My local Gamestop has plenty of the pre-order regular editions but they know nothing about the limited Edition.

It to early do to anything. I doubt the retailer have been informed of a limited edition. Though we know it will come. Give it time…

I’m not in a hurry, I was just wondering if anyone had seen a store that knew anything about it.

I have 2 Gamestops and an EB games within 15 minutes of my house that have/had the preorder kit on the shelf since it was released.

I am waiting on the actual release before I buy it, then i’ll just grab whatever is on the shelf.

BTW - technically today is mid-April - where’s our Fileplanet beta?

fileplanet has it, they are playing it 24/7 and wont give any, they say “thx for the donations”

I have a fileplanet account, am registered for the beta and have a beta key - it’s not available yet.

Yep, it’s the demo, not the “mid-april beta”. Tho the actual beta should be available in few days.

Now I know (have heard of) four versions of the pre-orders

  1. Standart version
  2. Limited Edition
  3. Premium Edition
  4. Collectors edition (or something like that)

Now can anybody tell me which one has what inside the package? Could it be that 2 & 3 & 4 are actually the same, just it’s named in different ways in different shops?

I’ve preordered Premium Edition @ game.co.uk (at the beginning the price was around 40 GBP but now Premium Version price dropped to ~27 GBP… Getting more interesting day by day! :evil:

Well i don’t think they fill it iwth old outdated videos, it prolly has making of-clips and some other unseen footage, maybe Quake hisotry.

Am a fan of 2142, been playing it since the closed beta and got a job at cough because of it. Head admin of BF2142 over at EnemyDown too :wink:

thats how fast the icon runs, i just grabbed the icon from the 2142 folder and turned it into a gif
