Punkbuster ban

I finally got to Captain :clap: and think I got all the awards except eng, covop, feildop & soldier since I’m a medic. When the next map starts, I get permanantly banned. Does Punkbuster automatically assume that you’re cheating if you get all the awards? I’m not always on the roll but this is an achievement for myself and they say I cheated :banghead: This is sooooo SAD.

I’m guessing you got banned by an immature server admin (utilizing PB to do so). I had the same thing happen, only it was because I spoke up to one of my teammates that I was watching <playername> (can’t remember the name so there ya go!) run over his landmines (which were placed well out of normal traffic patterns) on purpose and that he should probably call a vote if he continues. Turned out <playername> was the admin and was filing on the poor guy. Well, he didn’t like my comments to my teammate about calling a vote on him (I had no idea an admin was on, let alone being a knuckle head), so he did a permanent PB ban on me.

This was during ET Test so I’m sure I could log onto that server now but I really have no intention of ever doing so. Why deal with that kind of insanity/immaturity? Just forget about that server man, it’s not worth your time getting in contact with the admin to try and get unbanned… unless of course you think it may have been an honest mistake by the admin. Who knows, he could have input the wrong slot number… I see it happen all the time with kicks.
