Punkbuster and other server issues

Ok, I just downloaded Wolfenstein:ET and I can’t join any servers because of an invalid Punkbuster and because a server downloaded a file and corrupted my UI. How could I fix both of these? The server in question are the Renegade clan servers, and they overrode my Menu screen.:mad:

Go to your Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory directory. Search in the etpub, jaymod, no quarter &/or nq-folders for any .pk3 files that begins with “z_” or “zzzz_” or similar. Delete them. That’s the menu.

Noob question, I know, but how do I get to the directory?

It’s in your game installation folder, ie. “C:/Program Files/Wolfenstein Enemy Territory”

Weird, I went there and I found no z_ or zzzz_ files, just the Application Extension for the ui. When I join a server, it says that that ui_mp file isn’t pure and kicks me. I found a pak0 and mp_bin folder under PK3, would either of those have a relation to my problem?

Re-installing, maybe that should fix it.
