Is me insulting someone who acts like an idiot as an idiot harrassing him? Is me saying fuck when I fucked up swearing? Doubt that someone gonna make rules for all insulting words lol.

Well as i wrote i would firstly punish those excessive insulter who just write sentences like e.g. "I f*** your family you f*** " or similar stuff. Things like idiot arent an insult which i think anyone would punish. Things like F*** are not pointed towards anyone and arent the level on what i would punish at start, however, throwing out a chat block every now and then on those who use seveal words a lot, might get them to use these less in the future.
Naturally SD would be to jugde what to chat bann and what not. Even if you get chat banned because suddenly you cant hold it, if you do it once in half a year it shouldnt hurt you since i would rather introduce this punishment for those who insult others a lot at a daily basis. If you want you could say that everyone who writes insult for the third time will get a chat bann, so even if you write something as a joke and it end ups getting seen as an insult, you would have an idea what you shouldnt write in the future because others dont see it as a joke.
First and foremost as i already said the main problem are those who insult others excessively and frequently. Those are the people who are in need of a lesson.

I strongly oppose censorship and filters. What could help is, if someone curses too much in chat you just need 50 % of the regular votes to kick him.

Censorship can be bypassed, in this forum and in the game. As much as the idea of needing less votes for kicking if someone curses much is good, the system which is needed for this should be too hard to achieve because it would cause too many bugs. (if it would be easy it would be nice to have it for afks aswell but well…)
