Yeah, so far so good. I did buy it on launch for PC but there are several issues (that I won’t bring up here, there are other threads for that) that led to me dropping the game after about 20 hours. Will retry with the DLC, though.
Also enjoy playing video games on PS3 (I’m a gamer first, not an elitist 
) so when I saw it going cheap I thought I’d give it a try. Looking forward to getting into some MP games.

I think I had you on my friends list but you stopped playing. Full games can happen almost every night through the chat if people are online.
In continuing with all this PS3 appreciation (let’s be honest, we DO rock), and as I have posted in the “Brink Hardcore” thread, I am currently in the process of putting together 2 Brink themes for the PS3. One for Resistance, one for Security.
As soon as I have them done, I will find some way to share them with all my PS3 brethren without getting myself introublified (I like to make up words on the fly).

Are you doing full themes or just wallpapers? If you’re doing full themes, I believe there’s a way to include multiple backgrounds and have them automatically rotate.
Full themes, no half-assery here.
I need to read up on multiple backgrounds, because I’d like to implement that as well.

It was funny as **** cause I kept tryin to invite you for so long match after match and then when I was finally saying something to everyone else along the lines of “Come on seriously WTF why isnt AWM joining the fire team, been invitng him forever, I swear this is my last time and I give up on him for the night” and no sooner do I finish talkin then the vote pops up to add you to the team. more I wanted to chime in that i heard from some folks outside this forum that they were a little skeptical about brink, but between the folks they had met through this forum, and the connections they made on the unofficial/big teams chat(s), they reconsidered trading the game in and are now really enjoying the game.
it might seem easier if we didn’t have to recruit and convince people of the game’s fun/quality, but at the same time, this has resulted in stronger connections within the game (points I know that Os, Oz, others have made in other places)…anyway…keep it up y’all!

No someone else did but I remember just by instinct hitting select then yes on the vote and then sayin “who the **** invited a bot, seriously come on now”, next thing you know we ALL voted yes and he joinded the team… Dark times indeed, and a lesson for kids about alcohol! LOL hahahahahahaha

i definitely hit “yes” w/o even thinking about it. i was tricked though, this bot had a name that was deceptively non-bot-like…plus, i swear the message was “______ wants to join the fireteam” which made me think they (it) asked…lol indeed.
