after a long working and learning time I´ve done it finally. Today you can download my first bigger project.
It became very long, but I think it is ok for one of the last movies in QuakeWars.

Bitrate and thus filesize is really demotivatingly huge. Oh and also pack it in a .zip file.
Will watch in 2hrs…

Was actually more awesome than expected. Nice fails and frags. Soundtrack was good. Sometimes the weapon selection menu popped up in annoying places(g_weaponSwitchTimeout 0).

Overall, 10/10, was worth the wait.

Thanks!! Yeah, I know that the weapon selection menu was ****. But it was too late to fix it.

I am curious what version of QW those demos were from? Also how many demos did you use :eek:, 29 minutes of solid fragging and I didn’t get up once .

Yeah I downloaded a codec pack and that’s what got me to the point of having audio play, before that it wouldn’t play anything.

I’ll get VLC after work and see how things go.

I wouldnt bother with those codec packages. Just grab VLC, it plays anything. MPC HC is also worth a try.
Anyway, the music is really awesome and fitting. The fails were great too, I always thought I’m the only one who gets killed by his own grenades bouncing off another teammates.
