Skype and RaidCall would not have triggered a ban or even a warning. I use Skype the entire time I am online and I also run TeamSpeak and Mumble, so I doubt RaidCall would cause it.
There is likely something you don’t realize causing the ban. It doesn’t have to be in a window for it to be running on your PC.
Yet my account has been locked out of nothing. No I have not used the program, but your system is decided otherwise. Either remove groundless blocking or return my money once your system can not distinguish between an honest player from not honest.
The forum is not a place to appeal a ban. I would suggest opening a ticket with Nexon Support. I would also suggest asking them what program in particular got you banned.

After the deployment of NGS recently we are no longer granting leniency for any type of permanent bans that are levied on accounts.

so the thing is people are getting ban for programs that the anti cheat is thinking is a hack an it is not always the case.The whole telling people u can go appeal it is wrong just tellem the truth there is nothing anyone can do to put it bluntly also a friend asked why he was ban they said they can not discuss people bans so once again this will drive lotts of money away from dirty bomb an its ashamed i love this game we need to find a fix an help people who really didn’t do wrong

but forums are a place to bring program issues to a public audience, i don’t see a bugtracker around to discuss issues in public (even its not liked)
for me it’s a bad sign when the support hides behind his automatic tools. i was voluntary and paid gm in a few games, and there is always a way to check it - if someone didn’t mess up and ignored todays standards about logging stuff and makeing it avaliable to the 1st level support (common in asia games). it’s all about avaliable time to check the users complain.
So, I have just started playing Dirty Bomb, and I was recommended Razer Cortex to improve my FPS in-game. This application worked for about 2 days, then I started getting the Security Violation Error Message EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO JOIN A MATCH. Please help me. I am not 100% sure if the problem is Razer Cortex, but this didn’t happen ever before. (Also, I’m not 100% new to the game. I am a level 4 and have already unlocked Vassili [Is that how you spell it?]. I absolutely adore this game, and I really want to donate towards the development of Dirty Bomb, but I can’t donate to a game that I can’t play! Once again, I absolutely ADORE this game, so please, if you could, HELP ME FIX THIS! ;-;

@jubilantBeam Sandboxie will likely not be whitelisted, due to potential farming reasons. A lot of anti-cheats ban the use of the program because you can run multiple sessions at once and farm the hell out of the currency. It’s not SO much of an issue in DB due to the lack of trading system currently, but when one is implemented, Sandboxie would definitely need to remain banned.

If you think like that then perhaps you should convince Nexon to give away a free mouse with every download of DB and ban everyone who doesn’t use it. (Note sarcasm)
You need to fix the anti-cheat because i got banned for no reason the only things i had in the background were msi after burner and skype.?!
You likely had something more than that, as neither program would trigger a ban. That may be what you were using at the time, but programs can easily run in the background that you don’t notice.
I would like to see NGS tell people what program triggered the ban, but that is out of my control.
OBS Multiplatform seems to trip the very paranoid anticheat ngs, any chance there is a workaround would very much like to record (other recorders are not an option because they do not give me the things i need 1080p/60fps/no lag/quality video etc)
May I please be Unbanned? I was banned for having an Injector on my computer, However I wasn’t using it for Dirty Bomb. I have waited a few months seeing if I would get unbanned but nothing has come up. I have Devoted 54 hours of my time into that game just to be banned, Please re-think your decision and let me play again.

hey i got banned and i did not see this post i worked really hard on that account and i got a beta key for that account and now its banned is there someway to get it back its on steam.
Please Help i been off of dirty bomb so long i just can help not playing i prabrobly missing out on so much fun the steam account is DoofyDuff I Was using Razer Snyapse i had no macros nothing just that running in the background and i was playing with the keypad with no key changes its the razer tarturus
Search did not show any results so I would like to report ShareX causing game to detect it as a hack - luckily it only kicked me to desktop shortly after taking a screenshot, but I could relaunch game without problems and finish a match - so I guess there is no problem, but I wanted to note it if someone were to search for it.
I was banned and used none of these, will you please look at my thread I created and help me out?
