such error usual in cases:

  1. lack of/corrupted MS VC++ runtime/dll’s installation. re-install/repair it.
  2. oudated ACT database. check MS website and update to 4.1 at least.
  3. enforced DEP on computer and ETQW binaries - outside exception list. p.s. saly, sometims, stack was really overflow. regardless causes[exploitation or bug], its happen.
