Problem with PB on Mac

Hi, I’m new here so be kind :wink:
When I play on ETPro servers on my Mac with Punkbuster, I get kicked for PB init failure. I have PB version 1.289, and as many of you know, we can’t update Punkbuster using pbsetup from Evenbalance because they don’t support ET any more.

Is there any way to update Punkbuster on my mac to version 2.x.x? The punkbuster I am using came in the disk image I used. Inside my Applications/Wolfenstein ET/pb I have 3 files:

pbag.mac
pbcl.mac
pbsv.mac

I believe these need to be updated.

I put in those files and did /pb_cl_enable nothing works.

why u play with ur punkbuster enabled anyway?

I can’t play without Punkbuster, of course you need punkbuster enabled to play on servers that need it
