And charging $s for them is kinda weaksauce… you should trade them or give them away.

EDIT: Oh… and my original post was’t asking you for any free… it was a more general “if any kind soul out there wasn’t to throw one my way I’ll be grateful” sort of thing.

Yeah, I would like to get those two on x360. I got my Brink cheaper than in Game (UK) but there was no special edition to pick up.

And that’s why I think it’s dodgy that you’re not giving them away.

EDIT: clarification: If I were in the same position to get codes for personal use I’d totally get them all for myself if there were no dodgy dealings involved. If I could get extras then I probably would but I wouldn’t be charging for them in any way. I’d maybe have a free raffle or something for fans on the forum or people following me on twitter etc.
But they’re your codes now so you can do what you want with your property.

GAME are still selling the special edition, so the DOOM and SPec Ops are redundant in trade.

Yeah… selling for cash is worse than trading I agree, but trading is batering is selling for something other than cash. The codes are meant to be promotional things and if the place you work for gives them to you I’m assuming they mean for you to drum up interest in the game or give them to friends. Using them for personal gain in that case is… i don’t know… underhanded.

And I’m not saying this just because he won’t give me one :smiley: I’m not too bothered. I would like all the codes for completeness sake but it’s not like I’m missing anything from the game because I don’t have them.

Just saying if I had a stack of codes I’d probably hand them to any friends I had who wanted and then pass them out on the forums or if I had a blog or something try drumming up some more players by giving it away there.

/shrug. Just how I think of it.

Wow, so the MM employer give their workers codes for free - without buying game itself? In number of 10 and more? That sounds pretty cool - if you have the codes that way…
