I got FEAR 2 through pre-order, came the day before release but couldnt play it as it needed to be activated via steam which took another two days to go online… In hindsight, was probably a good thing as I had exams.

SD just said at Quakecon there are going to be preorder bonuses for Steam and Direct 2 Drive, so there are definitely some for PC. The new bonuses just aren’t active yet on any of the sites. Amazon, Walmart, etc. never include the preorder cards on PC versions of their games so it isn’t surprising that those gift card deals aren’t on all 3 platforms for Brink. Those deals are always console exclusives but the preorder skins/bonuses that they just announced should cover all versions of the game at the outlets. There is no way to know for sure until they go up and live though.

Completely updated again.

I resized all the pictures for the bonuses and added them and also added links for all versions currently available at each outlet.

I’m definitely going to preorder. I bought Red Dead with out trying it first and was delightfully surprised. Considering how good Brink looks to me it only makes sense to try and get a bonus.

Which one I want I don’t know yet. Walmart’s stiffed me on preorders before and I’m not one to wait for a game by mail, but Amazon and Walmart got the cooler of the bonus packs.

Added the Steam link found by Voxie. I also found the Direct 2 Drive link, which must have gone live sometimes yesterday as well. That should be it for updates for a while, unless there are further announcements or other stores add in some deals.

OP updated again, Gamestop preorder bonus is now active on their website.

EDIT: Updated again. Amazon and Walmart preorder packs are now active as well.

All these packs seem sic! I realy like the spec ops-, and the psyco pac :smiley: Now, Does any one know If it is possible to get more than one “pre-order pack” without buying the game twice? Also, does anyone know if anny of these packs, other than the spec ops-steam pack, is avalible in Sweden? :smiley: Thx!

Demo’s for 360? I really like the Psycho pack, but I guess I’d be stuck with the SpecOps or Doom pack - I think EB Games is a branch of Gamestop? Anyway, I’d love to try it out if there’s a demo out or coming.

I have to admit, a funny side-affect of these pre-orders is that you will be able to see who shops at Walmart, kind of like a mark of shame.
