thunder keep his EMP and phantie still have the EMP ability, but its an activated ability rather than one that comes with the cloak by default, and activating the EMP field on phantie will make the cloak deplete faster

Toggler

Every time he deals damage to you, he randomly reassigns your sprint, ADS, crouch and use functions to hold/toggle so that you have to reconfigure them.
