those options currently exist in filters.
Have filter settings stay saved would be nice.

More info on the server (time left to play, player list separated into their teams etc.)
They stay saved, just not reliably.
Still waiting for friends filter options and view server info on friends list. Also, friendly fire filter as there are friendly fire servers.
For cheat reporting to work:
In match tab menu needs server name for the cheat report system to function correctly and better steamworks integration so players with nonstandard characters that are missing from the game font can be reported.
Getting the black texture flickering fixed in the last objective area of Chapel 
…and then fix that map’s and trainyard’s delivery so they aren’t mandatory spawn camps.
Objective guy doesn’t tell you if they destroy ze barrier on Bridge without using C4. This is annoying.

On score screen, display a column “Time”. Like in Quake, it would show how long a player was on the team. It would be helpful for example to distinguish between really crappy people and people who just joined. Team composition can change so often on pubs that it can be impossible to keep track of all players over the course of a match. Has my team lost because 3 players were really bad, or because we were outnumbered for most of the match ?
On score screen, also display players that quit at some point but played for a significant amount of time. When a round ends, it’s not uncommon to see teams like 6 vs 2 even though they were actually even during the match. It’s just some players quit so fast, for example to open those cases.
Forgot objective guy doesn’t warn you about ze barrier when they use C4 either because you notice anyway. You get warned about similar things on other maps so it seems odd and inconsistent that he doesn’t tell you on Bridge.
Not getting stuck sometimes when I try to get out of a static machine gun would also improve my quality of life significantly.
Why does that matter? Why highlight poor players in pub games? It’s obvious enough already due to the point trickle and k/d if the player just got in or not.
I would even go as far as getting KDr replaced (as some people give way to much importance to that), and have instead damage dealt/damage received.
I think the game Nosgoth does it that way.

Hell yes to this. So many valuable seconds wasted skipping past these dead lines to find an appropriate server only for it to be filled by the time you click your 5+ friendly match.
Also, not sure how long this has been happening. At least 2 or 3 patches… doing a fresh search/reshuffle does everything first and eventually filters down. Being in Australia this takes time… and there was a period where the search was quick and limited to the appropriate ping limitations, instead of a visible “everything THEN filtered.” This 2nd issue, when combined with the first “Max Lvl 5” can get frustrating.
