Possible Community Video

Yoooo, i’ve recently got sony vegas and go to learn to use it, and i’ve had an idea of making a community video (I know this has been thought of before aka ‘Ultraviolet Productions’) but i’d like to make one to fully test out sony vegas, and share a lil love to the community.

If you want in on this, could you send me some demo’s to my gmail (dthwsh1@gmail.com). About the demos, could you rename them and title them with a brief description of the demo (e.g. ‘quadkill_assaultrifle_salvage_10.31’ the 10.31 being when in the demo this happens. Just renaming it would make it easier for me to find and record since, it would take more than one take to record.

It doesn’t have to be killstreaks, it can be lol moments, wtf moments, fail moments etc
Also, some reason i can’t open demo’s on custom maps, any suggestions?

You need to have the exact same pk4 files loaded in the same order to have any hope of it working. And even then client-side demos often don’t work, server demos usually do (Nirvana server demos are here if you need them).

For demos recorded on the Nirvana server you can compare the date on the demo with the campaign pk4s to find the right one then use the list in addon.conf in the pk4 to find the maps you’ll need to use with it. Then just start a campaign from the campaign pk4 to load all the maps and try to play the demo.
