Please help - Looking for advice for an ET Server

I have an ET Server setup (Geekfest SW etpub XP Save) and I am looking for advice on what to run to draw more people.

  1. ETPUB, ETPRO, something else?
  2. Only stock maps, Stock and Custom maps,Only custom maps? Which ones?
  3. Campaign, Objective or Stopwatch?
  4. Settings, Heavy weapon restrictions, voting ?
