Just had this happen 3x in a row tonight after joining a server. It will play ok then suddenly white screen and hourglass with etqw using 25% CPU and hanging. wtf?
Left it a bit more then get 'the NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver and is unable to continue. The application must close.

Yes I am, bit weird that it suddenly started happening last night though? Will have a look at updating (or downgrading) my drivers. Looks like problems with Brink as well - http://www.splashdamage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24899
After several hours I’ve got nowhere with this :mad: tried the following -
Updating gfx drivers
reseating GPU & changing power rails
Uninstalling physX
Disabling Aero
Ensuring nothing is overclocked
Forcing / unforcing vsync
It seems that Windows 7 x64 IS the problem, there are many many reports of people trying different cards and drivers and nothing works to fix. No games will work, including Unity games in browser. EditWorld works though oddly enough.
Tried a different card - and that works 
Haven’t had this one long either hopefully still under warranty
