For over a year now, the European regulars of the Planet Wolfenstein forums (and often some of the American and Candadian members) have been having a weekly game of Wolfenstein. We started off playing RTCW every Thursday evening often trying out the latest custom maps, playing old favourites and generally having a bit of fun.
When ET came out we started to alternate weeks between ET and RTCW again with stock and customs and more recently we have been dabbling with a bit of Wild West 1.5. Recently numbers have been dwindling, with smaller turnouts due to people having real life to deal with and more people getting involved with clan play.
We have decided to try pimping our games a bit more to see if we can get the numbers back up, so we are extending the invite to join our games to the Splash Damage Forum users. We are also trying playing on different nights to see if more people are able to turn up. We are going for Wednesday this week.
This week we are playing classic RTCW in tribute to the BoD clan which are disbanding - BoD have hosted our forum games on the server for the last year.
So whats the deal… Turn up on Wednesday evening, play some Wolf, have a laugh, leave the attitude behind… Don’t worry about skill, half of us will be drunk anyway!
