Well, there will be “Suspect” cards for all of the mercs, so everybody does get a new skin, just not the main card.

The comic strip showed Aimee sitting down sniffing a candle when Max Bashki was shot in the head. He had a reticle on his forehead. False, unless Aimee programmed her third eye device to take him out.

there is rng in this event it only difference is there for a price allowing you to increase the chance of getting one
