People not listening because they think themselves too good?

You can’t have everybody going for the train all at once really unless it’s on a smaller server. If i’m an ally and see 15 axis following the train, they’re going to get naded or something pretty fast. Usally 4-5 should be able to handle the tug with everyone else on suppression keeping the other allies from spamming the spawn etc.

I agree with the back door thing too as long as people aren’t trying to leave when there are 5 allies outside waiting to come in.

I’ve said it many times before and I say it again. Pub servers are unorganized, accept it or quit playing/join a clan. It’s just silly trying to get a working team on a pub, things like that takes time and effort to practice and get working even when you are on a voice channel with your fellow clan members. To even think that it would work well on a pub is just to have too high expectations. Mainly because of two reasons, 1) people might not care because they just want to waste some time, 2) people might not agree with your way to solve a problem and 3) (I know I said 2 reasons :)) Some people just dont read messages while playing.

Take it for what it is, free play time, try to do your best as an individual player, but don’t expect anything from it and just don’t bother what happens. Just because I know a pub game will never be even close to a clan war I use pubs to practice my aim first, second depending on server working as team player.

You can get a minimal level of teamwork together on pubs. Just find the players who aren’t mildly retarded and encourage them all to join a fireteam and stick together.

Very true. On pubs I almost never join a fireteam right away; I wait for the good players on the server to recognize that I’m trying to be a team player, and invite me to their team. That way I get to easily identify who is going to be helpful, and with the all-handy 0 key, they’re easy to spot and aid during combat.
