Patch caused lag?

Has anyone else experienced a lot of lag since the new patch? I certainly have!

its not lag (lagometer reading same as always) but more of a “lag Effect” more like dropped frames or something not sure, mine is worse since the patch but seems to be sorted after about 4/5 mins of play
