hi there,

i was wondering if anybody could give me a good tutorial on how i can get my own models work. i have no clue where to start. i downloaded blender and have been through some tutorials. the result is that i now can export my own models in md3. but as soon as it comes to the animation thing i dont know anything about which files i need for et and where to put it and other things like scripting and the remapshaderthing etc. so every tipp’s appreciated.

@qualmi

its just easy to get your own model work -
try this @ first
download anywhere a pk3 with one simple thing - like a medi pack
look into folders inside -
then make your own thing with exacly same names and repack it as a pk3 -
this should work :>
but you can open then pak0.pk3 in winzip or something similar - then you can see what you can modify - nearly everything :slight_smile:
(i use milkshape and meanwhile lightray3d (md3 export is more easy with it))
