Overloaded connection over properly set cvars

I’ve got trouble with only one server that sometimes completely overloads my ISDN connection even over my proper settings (rate 6500, snaps 30, cl_maxpackets 30, everything else at default). All other servers work fine and the admin don’t believe it’s a server-side problem. Here’re some pictures taken in the lag.

Can anybody point the source of lags - is it me or the server?

That server is password protected. There’s no way I can connect to it to see what’s going on. If it’s the only server you’re having problems with, I’d suggest you play somewhere else.

If u speak czech or u have a dictionary, u can register and download connection client that stores game passwords for that server at www.gamezone.cz Witout that client, u’ll need someone that has it and will send u the password.

BTW, I have ISDN and cable/DSL guys have no trouble so playing there with cable/DSL won’t show anything. It sometimes lags but not always. I can once play all day and then it randomly lags for a few days.

/me runs

Well, that client actually enables creating up to 10 user-defined servers. Has a little more thna 1MB (with support for all about 60 games on gamezone.cz) and runs on minimal bandwith. Actually, if the server don’t lag, I have much better ping when running that client than when playing on any other server.

That’s the reason I want to play on that server.
