Online manual?

Is the final / most up-to-date version of the manual posted anywhere on the SplashDamage site, or anywhere for that matter? I’m at work and wouldn’t mind having it to browse through some during some free time. I may have to remember when I’m home tonight to post it to my private site for me to reference when I want or while in-game from my other computer.
