Why they do not have simple deathmatch mode with gladiator or hide bot support? :???:

Because ET is NOT a deathmatch game. It is a team based game. If you remove the team element, and make it straight deathmatch, you remove the one thing that makes ET stand above virtually all other FPS.
Because its a team based game it isnt allowed to have deathmatch… /me scrathes and looks puzzling towards TDM. 
If you ask me, the one that makes ET stand out is the fact it is free. If it was say a DM or TDM game but still free it’d still be as popular…
Actually, it might be possible to make a TDM mode in a map. After all, the only real difference between TDM and normal ET is the objective. Remove an actual objective, and you have TDM.
I dunno how you could get the game to determine the winning team, though.
ET has something like that: LMS.
And at least all stock maps have spezial scripts for LMS-Matches with objectives removed (e.g. Oasis Wall) or altered (e.g. Axis command post on Oasis).
I’m still surprised there isnt a specific deathmatch gametype in etpro, a lot of people like that sort of thing just to have a blast with something different (but familiar) and to practise aim. badplace (Quake DM4 conversion, played like deathmatch) and ctfmultidemo (the original sillyctf type map) were probably two of the most successful rtcw custom maps.
