I was looking through my Doom3 manual the other day and noticed that in the multiplayer section it states that ‘Brodband is required’ ‘If you connect to te internet using a dial-up modem , Doom 3 multiplayer will not function properly’

How old is this section - they probably haven’t changed it from the Doom days
