This is a great idea and even better than simply having pop-ups that says your team doesn’t have medics/engineers. It adds some solid incentive for people to switch.
Okay SD and Nexon, it's been a while, and you were silent. Now, can we please speak about it?

I think either allowing a player to swap an existing mission for a 1,250 credit “team player” support mission during a match or applying a credit bonus to the specific support XP the player receives after swapping would work well.

Unreal?
I don’t know what I am more surprised about…
You having a forum account, or you using that forum account
As a professional donkey, in such situation, I’d also take Proxo just to show them how bad they are with it and give them incentive to change class :p.
Wait…
I already know this situation. In team fortress 2. When you’re facing a team full of spies. No one changes to pyro until you do. You then start a massive spycrab bbq, and suddenly, half of the server players are switching to pyro…

Indeed!
As hilarious as it seems, I’ve noticed that as well.
Today I’ve played a match with two Vassilis.
Once I wrote “Since everyone is Vassili anyway, I’ll switch to him as well.” suddenly, both switch mercs.
I’m not sure if they realized I’m simply better than them (I’m not the best Vassili but I’m decent) or because I made them have a guilty conscience but it worked.
Personalizing the rotation gives less incentive for new players to spend money on the game. If I had that feature I wouldn’t think to purchase mercs when I was new to this game, there’s no point, I’d just use the feature and wait to grind for enough credits. I should end it there.
I don’t get it. If I liked a merc that I happened to get on my personal rotation I would have just as much incentive to buy it as I would if the rotation was general.

Well, it isn’t even released yet, but at the same time that is a solidly improper user of that meme(imo).
Also, not to say DB is the next CS:GO(It isn’t and I wouldn’t want it to be), but did you see the numbers they had on release? It was abysmal compared to it’s predecessor. Only over a year after release did it start to get big. You can never know in advance how a game will perform. DB has no base game or pre-existing community to build from besides SD’s followers from games like W:ET or Brink. So we’ll see.
No, I’m telling you that you can’t tell what a game will be in the end based on what it looked like before release. Your expectations of where the game should be isn’t in line with the status the game(Open Beta).
You can do whatever you want with your time and money. That is why it is YOUR time and money. If you think it is worth your time to make stupid ‘memes’ as a response to people on the forums rather than communicate like an adult then that is up to you.
Well there’s a time to be an adult and a time not to be. We’re talking about Dirty Bomb here which is a joke in itself so I don’t think it’s a requirement for me to be an adult when talking about it. If I’m too immature for you then just don’t answer me back. I have my opinion and you have yours. You like the game and think there’s hope for it? Good for you.

Those devs, they make people very happy, clearly…
I’ve mentioned this somewhere before in the past but can’t find the post. (ok I lie, I didn’t bother looking for it… :P)
Rather than have 1 rotation for everyone, it could easily be 3 different rotations.
Rotations A, B and C.
Each player would be randomly assigned to one of those rotations which would have a different combination of mercs.
Hell, if they wanted they could even use some sort of in game stat to figure out what your play style is in order to assign which rotation you will end up on next.
Doing this still lets them promote which mercs are on rotation for the next couple of weeks, and improves variety of mercs people have available to them in game.
So it is basically the same idea, but rather than everyone having their own personal merc rotation, it would be broken down into 3 rotations and the devs would still have more control over which mercs are on that rotation and to who.
