OK… So i gave brink another try… since everyone here says its a good game

and i am a hater.

Even though i took my time with this game again.

However, there is a huge frame rate issue, and glitches even in the single player.

I am so sorry but people who say brink has good graphics must have never played

Killzone, CoD.

Brink’s singleplay frame rate was alot worse than the multiplay of killzone and cod.

I am not fan boy of either game.

But

frame rate and laggs are just unacceptable,

this is not only my opinoin

Metacritics says

from 36 critics this game got 7.1
and the user review is 6.8

and according to the critics and the users the biggest flaw of this game is atrocious lag and glitches

I do understand that the Splashdamage was trying to create new stuff with SMART

but i think u guys should not have released this game…

Clearly, this game was not perfected and just was not ready to be released

Game informers even said its not gonna review this game untill the splashdamage release patches

because they found the retail version just unfinished and too rough.

The word is spreading really fast about the

poor frame rate and glitches of this game…

Tons of onlines reviewiers and even people who bought this game

are telling people to ignore this game

To me this game felt like a demo version that needs alot of improvement.

I think you guys need to fix frame rate and laggs immediately.

I am talking about console versions not the PC

Fortunately for the gamer, we don’t have to go with what the “professionals” say. I say it’s good and that I like it…ergo…I’m playing it and having a blast.

Every game has lag and glitches the first days. It blows and they should have demos, but that’s just how it is today unfortunately.

Well glitches and framrate I have no problems with this at all so far at least. As for lag I can’t say because I am playing the PS3 version. As for graphics I think the game looks fine despite the texture problem. Over all I think the game is pretty good so far but I hear the online is kind of a mess at the moment so hopefully some patches come out.

in 1 day? things that really couldn’t be fully tested until it was released?

unreasonable expectations much?

hell blops was unplayable due to massive lag on the pc, that wasn’t fixed for over 2 weeks. still hasn’t been fixed for everyone…

so you let a large developer with vast funds and resources get away with game-breaking bugs FOR 2 WEEKS… but then expect a smaller developer to fix all of their bugs IN LESS THAN 1 DAY? give it time before you start with your “they should have fixed it”, “i am dissapoint”, etc, etc.

P.C. version runs great on my machine, one of the few games I can actually fraps while playing with out hitching.

I mean come on

People do not pay 60 bucks to buy a demo version of a game

that the developer will fix it over time.

Killzone, COD, Halo, all had glitches that was patched later

But the Brink does not even come close to the retail version of those games.

the lags and frame rate in the Brink is just horrendous, for consoles

No, Tom. Many of the new members are not coming here to have legitimate questions, criticisms or complaints. They’re here to piss and moan that either 1) The game has lag or 2) That the game isn’t enough like a previous game.

I’m not a long term member and even I am rhetorically slugging them.

We can grow the community just fine by showing that we, as a community, demand a bit more than childish whining and haphazard complaining.
