Been on a Stopwatch server earlier, got kicked for spamming the Aw Yeahh line.

I can’t believe people join up more on kicking me more for using that line rather than actually kicking cheaters. :lol:

Best part is that a second before I got kicked, one of the guys says “bye bye f*ckface”, can’t stop laughing.

Edit: On a completely different note though. Apparently if you level up between the halfs of a SW game and get kicked, you don’t get the case for levelling up. Interesting tidbit. I demand my level 38 case guys, levels ain’t that easy to grind, come on.

So you were spamming an audio note and are confused about getting kicked? Being able to hear peoples footsteps coming is a huge advantage.

Its doesnt matter if you are good or not. It doesnt matter if you are carry the team or not. If you act like a dick in a server you get treated like one. If you are bored with the game after 500 hours, stop using your favourite mercs and learn your most hated to change things up. Just use ability and/or knife to get kills, no guns.
Dont use the fact that you are trying to generate some excitement for yourself as an excuse for being rude to a server full of other humans trying to have fun.

People beeing new to this game, having just some minimal-spec-pc giving them 10fps or people just beeing noobs? Yes.
Actively disturbing people getting the hang of playing a (fast) fps and so probably disturbing them learning what to do? Nope!
Imo (yes, I know, I am really not the youngest, nor the fastest, nor the best), but more than asking if they will kill anyone, anyway, someday, to get their attention on this game, in the TEXT!chat? Sry, no!

Man, I ain’t gonna even pretend to even want to like Proxy, Aura or Sparks, they are DISGUSTING mercs. On the other hand, I do play every other merc. In more than one handful of ways. 500 hours are more than enough time to play a merc in any possible fashion. You wouldn’t believe how fun Rhino with a Chopper perk is. CHOO CHOO. Lately, I’ve been hooked on Phantom even, though he’s in an awful spot, but that’s not the point of the thread.

In other news, I wasn’t being rude to anyone, I was just entertaining myself (and teabagging enemies eventually). Sue me.

Spamming is rude. The fact that you made a thread to brag about it shows you don’t care about other people and are just a griefer. This game doesn’t need griefers and i’d like to believe customer support would feel the same way if someone actually reported you for spamming it with proof. I would have kicked you as well. I don’t need something interfering with my ability to hear things. What’s next you gonna go outside in your parents car and honk the horn repeatedly while laughing to yourself because you think it’s funny to get a rise out of your neighbors?

I was just trying to make the point that there are other ways to entertain yourself in-game without affecting other peoples gameplay.

Guys, while I do understand your points, I don’t see how voice commands could literally interfere with footsteps.

This thread explains why you got kicked. My first impressions of you are that you an ego driven fool. Just telling you how it is. I’ve come across you in game a few times and i’ve seen you rage quit when there are people that know what they are doing on the other team. I’ve also seen you abusing newbie players for not knowing much about the game. We don’t need people with that attitude in the community, its a team oriented game and as soon as you start to think and act like you’re bigger than everyone else then you rightly deserve to be kicked. ‘Don’t be a dick’, its the games motto for crying out loud, just get off your high horse and learn to respect people.

I agree with the op. People get upset or salty over all the wrong things.

Someone spamming voice chat (which you can’t even truly spam) is a dumb reason to kick somebody. Yet hackers won’t get vote kicked. People playing proxy/bushwhacker/fletcher and never doing the objective won’t get vote kicked. But somebody using VGS every 5-10 seconds will.

The in-game community is a damn shame and it’s pathetic to see all these thin-skinned babies on the forums trying to come up with backwards reasoning to bash the op. (The obvious motivation being they’re probably salty noobs who vote kick over dumb little things.)

I’ll be glad when private matches get put in so I can dick around with friends who also like to dick around instead of bringing our drunken shenanigans to public servers where people evidently care sometimes.

I mean don’t get me wrong, I never spammed anybody, but you get the point. The lacking of private matches doesn’t justify the harassment of other players, but for those with “different” tastes it does result with nowhere else for them to go without turning the game off entirely, which isn’t something I think a developer ever really wants a player to do no matter how much their sense of humor might differ from the community’s. Also, mute function. Seriously. Mute function not being in place yet does kinda blow. Beta is beta, I’m sure these types of features will be in the official release.

Anyway to the OP, I haven’t played for 500 hours or gotten good at the game, I’m a casual myself, but I still think you should be able to rally up a like minded crew and yuck it up in private matches because I do agree that there’s no one single “right way to play casual matches”, if the players get miffed at that sort of thing eh, if they feel tiggered, well, let sleeping dogs lie. That’s just what I think, amigo. I never found the friction of intentionally annoying strangers to be actually enjoyable, and it probably violates some term of service somewhere.

…Yet at the same time, the game DID tell you to PLAY DIRTY…
